In 1997, Samuel Nemroff founded Penn Wynne Homes with a mission:
Create homes with solid value by building lasting designs, using quality products, and employing only the finest craftsmen.
Over 25 years later, hard work and innovation have allowed us to build more efficient, accessible, and environmentally-friendly homes and communities — but our mission has remained unwavering, at the heart of everything we do.
Our success is the result of our continued dedication to this mission, which has led to many award-winning communities developed by Penn Wynne Homes and its principals, featuring hundreds of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments.
